We run our own events and are also available for hire. For hire details please scroll to the bottom of this page.

We have created a Bicycle Powered Cinema, using the electricity generated from pedalling a bicycle. With no need for a power source, we can hold spectacular cinema showings literally anywhere! From the remotest wild places to iconic cities.

We welcome everyone to help us power the film.

Our Bicycle-Powered Cinema events in the UK help fund our conservation projects abroad, by coming along to a cinema night you are not only watching a film in an eco-friendly way but helping us carry out vital wildlife conservation work all over the world.

Further hire information
Our cinema is powered by 4 bicycles (3 adult and 1 child's bike), and projects onto a 10ft wide screen, suitable for audiences up to 300 people. All you need to do is decide on the film you want to show, arrange the film license (www.filmbankmedia.com), arrange the necessary permissions for where you wish the cinema to take place, advertise your event, ensure there are toilet facilities, suitable parking, and possibly supply some additional event marshals at larger events.

Please be aware of the following points when planning your event:
  • Outside film showings start 30 minutes after sunset, please check sunset times (www.timeanddate.com/sun/uk).
